Pipe Insulation
If you have an electric hot water heater, we may insulate your home’s exposed hot water pipes (a minimum 10 feet of exposed pipe required). This will reduce heat loss and will help your hot water heating system work more efficiently. To further improve hot water efficiency, lower the thermostat on your water heater to 120°F.
Basement and Crawlspace
We will inspect your basement and crawlspace for proper insulation levels, possible air leakage, ventilation, and to identify potential health hazards and safety issues.
Exterior
